Refund & Returns Policy

Evagreencare — humari priority aapki santushti hai. Kripya policy dhyan se padhiye.


1. Samanya Jankari

Yeh policy evagreencare.com par diye gaye products ke refund aur returns ke liye lagu hoti hai. Order place karne ke baad agar aapko product se sambandhit koi samasya hoti hai to hum aapki madad karenge.

2. Return/Refund ke liye Yogya (Eligibility)

  • Product ko prapt karne ke 7 din ke andar return ke liye apply karna hoga (unless product page par alag time diya ho).
  • Product unused, original packaging aur tags ke saath hona chahiye.
  • Sanitary pads jaise personal hygiene items sirf tab hi return/replace honge jab packaging sealed na ho aur product defective ho — hygiene ke nazariye se opened pads ko hum accept nahin karte.
  • Defective, damaged ya galat product prapt hone par hum full refund ya replacement provide karenge.

3. Return kaise karein (Process)

  1. Humein greencareeva@gmail.com par email bhejein ya website ke contact form se complaint register karein. Apna Order ID, product ka naam aur return karne ka reason zaroor bhejein.
  2. Hum aapko return authorization aur return address email karenge. Authorization ke bina item bhejne se return process delay ho sakta hai.
  3. Product humein scan aur verify karne ke baad hi refund/process kiya jayega.
Note: Return shipping charges generally customer par lagenge jab tak product defective ya galat deliver na hua ho. Agar company ki galti ho, hum return shipping charges uthayenge.

4. Refund Timeline

Product receive aur inspection ke baad refund 7–14 business days ke andar process kar diya jayega. Refund original payment method par diya jayega. Bank processing time alag ho sakta hai (bank/UPI/wallet ke hisab se).

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened sanitary pads (sealed packaging na hone par), personal hygiene items (unless defective).
  • Products jinka return period (7 din) expire ho chuka ho.
  • Discounted offers jinke terms explicitly non-refundable hon.

6. Replacement Policy

Agar aapko defective ya galat product mila hai to hum replacement bhej denge (stock availability ke adhar par). Replacement chahte hain to email me Order ID aur product photos bhejein.

7. Cancellation

Order dispatch se pehle aap apna order cancel kar sakte hain. Dispatch hone ke baad cancellation possible nahi hota — is situation mein return process follow karein.
